You find this by clicking on - The Retreats - in the menu in the left column. Please read through all subsections.

We want you to read the whole text in order for you to understand how we work and the attitude behind our teachings.

For easy reading, you can download all of it as the brochure "Meditation, Tantra and Yoga for the Art of Living", and the information on this page - including Application Form, Dates, Prices and Teachers as a Acrobat PDF documents. Or you may have it sent to you by ordinary mail.

When you have thoroughly read all the information provided about the courses (on our site or in the PDF document) - see the Conditions of Participation - just fill out the Application Form on the bottom of this page and click the "Submit" button.

Alternatively, you can fax the the Application Form on the backpage of the PDF document for enroling. When we have received your enrolment and the deposit for the retreat you will be mailed a confirmation and further information.

Enrolment and Payment

Reserve a place in good time. Courses often fill quickly.

In the event of a course being fully booked, we can: A. place you on a waiting list; B. place you on another course here in Haa; or C. refund your deposit.

Your enrolment is only valid when:

1) We have received your fully completed enrolment form - And

2) Your deposit has been registered on Haa Course Center's Swedish IBAN bank account. (This also applies if you want to remain on the waiting list of a fully booked course.)

Should you decide to cancel your course booking after we have received it and confirmed your place on the course, your deposit will not be refunded.

Please pay the balance of your fees no later than two weeks before the start of the course. Thank you, for bringing the receipt.

If you enrol too late to send payment, please pay your fees in cash in Swedish Crowns on arrival or pay with Visa or MasterCard. (We are working on on-line credit card payments also, but it is not yet ready).

For the 3-month course there are certain conditions.

The fees include accomodation and meals. Extra costs are a plastic netipot and a string of 108 beads (a mala) for meditation. If you have these already bring them with you. Otherwise you can buy them at Haa.

Should you leave the course at any stage, no fees are refundable, regardless of your reasons for departure.

These conditions are to ensure that you will be on the course with people who have also made a commitment to participate fully and absorb what we teach. At the same time, it ensures that we can continue to keep our prices as low as possible.

On courses marked with two prices, the second is a special rebate price for students, unemployed, and pensioners. But only when agreed upon in advance, and valid documentation is required.

I understand that the course fee is the same no matter how long I am on the course. The full course fee is considered an entrance fee, and I understand that I therefore will not get any money refunded regardless of when and why I have to leave the course.

Agreement: I understand that it is a condition of participating in any course at the Scandinavian Yoga and Meditation School that I make the commitment not to pass on or to teach anything about yoga and meditation on the basis of what is taught on the course. In order to be competent to express myself about these yoga and meditation techniques or to teach them to others, I require a complete yoga teacher education at the school.
